As the book closes on the final days of AHL action in November, a pair of veteran goaltenders earned key wins for their clubs on Wednesday night.

Michael Hutchinson, a veteran of 153 NHL games, blanked the Chicago Wolves with a 32-save shutout as his Grand Rapids Griffins put up four goals, two by gritty and versatile forward Zach Aston-Reese. It was Hutchinson's second win in three starts and followed up a tough outing against Manitoba on the 26th.

Jack Campbell got back on the winning track as the Bakersfield Condors edged the Henderson Silver Knights 4-3 in a shootout. Campbell put up 39 saves on 42 shots as Matvey Petrov put home the shootout winner.

Campbell bounces back following a three-goal loss to the Coachella Valley Firebirds, which was preceeded by a much-needed shutout victory over the same Henderson Silver Knights on November 21st. Overall, Campbell is 2-4 during his tenure in the AHL.

Elsewhere, the Hershey Bears brought their win streak to seven straight games with a 7-5 victory over the WBS Penguins. The defending Calder Cup champions lead the league with 16 wins and 32 points.

Rookie goals and points leader Logan Stankoven extended his personal points streak to seven games as the Texas Stars shut down the flightless San Diego Gulls 6-5. Stankoven put up a goal with two assists and five shots in the contest, leading all rookies with 24 points and 13 goals in 17 games.
