
The AHL announced the start date and schedule for the 2024-25 preseason Wednesday.
Lasting for a total of six days, the official start date is set for Oct. 1.
The opening night has one game on the docket - Wilkes-Barre/Scranton vs. Lehigh Valley.
With the preseason wrapping up on Oct. 6, the last night of the schedule will see four games played: Toronto/Belleville, Rochester/Syracuse, Lehigh Valley/Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Bakersfield/San Jose.
The official start date for the 2024-25 regular season is Oct. 11.
With the Hershey Bears entering the season as back to back Calder Cup champions, it will be a great season to watch simply for the storylines themselves.
