Keeper played for the Laval Rocket last season

Former Laval Rocket defenseman Brady Keeper has signed a one-year deal with HK Poprad in Slovakia, it wad reported this past week.
Keeper, a product of Cross Lake, Man., played for the Rocket this past season where he had one goal and three assists for four points in 22 regular season games.
Prior to turning pro at the end of the 2018-19 season, Keeper spent two years at the University of Maine (NCAA), collecting 44 points in 73 games.
Over the course of his five-year pro career, Keeper has played in two NHL regular season games but hasn't registered a point.
With Keeper heading overseas, he is most likely going to see an expanded role with HK Poprad compared to what he saw with the Rocket. Keeper has shown in the past that he can put up points from the backend and will certainly be a difference maker if he can find that form.
