The Florida Panthers have signed Charlotte Checkers goaltender Louis Domingue to a one-year, two-way contract for the remainder of the 2025-26 season.

Domingue has appeared in seven games with Charlotte this season, posting a 3-3-0 record. He also played in 11 games with Novosibirsk Sibir of the KHL in Russia.

Overall, the Quebec native has appeared in 144 NHL career games with the Rangers, Penguins, Flames, Canucks, Devils, Lightning and the Arizona Coyotes, posting a 61-60-10 record, a save percentage of .906 and a GAA of 3.01. 

Domingue has also skated in 233 AHL career games with the Checkers, Hartford Wolf Pack, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, Stockton Heat, Binghamton Devils, Syracuse Crunch, Springfield Falcons and Portland Pirates, putting up a 104-92-23 record, a save percentage of .905 and a GAA of 2.82.
