(Source : Christopher Morris-Imagn Images)The Anaheim Ducks have recalled defenseman Ian Moore and forward Tim Washe ahead of Wednesday’s game against the Edmonton Oilers.
Moore has played 44 career games with the Ducks of which 41 have been played this season where he has scored nine points (2G, 7A).
Washe's 27 points are ranked sixth on the Gulls and his 14 goals are tied for sixth amongst rookies in the AHL. In the big pond, he has scored two points (1G, 1A) in 13 games with Anaheim this season, including his first NHL goal and point on Jan. 16 in Los Angeles. The 24-year-old was designated as an All-Star a couple of weeks ago, becoming the sixth San Diego rookie in franchise history to be named to the AHL All-Star Classic.
