Kuhlman spent the entire 2023-24 season with Bridgeport

Former Bridgeport Islanders forward Karson Kuhlman has signed a one-year deal with Lukko (Liiga), it was announced Saturday.
A native of Esko, Minn.. Kuhlman spent this past season playing for Bridgeport, scoring 12 goals and adding 10 assists for 22 points in 72 regular season games.
Having gone undrafted, Kuhlman joined the Boston Bruins organization at the end of the 2017-18 season after a four-year NCAA career with Minnesota-Duluth.
Since then, Kulhman has played in 147 career NHL regular season games, collecting 30 points in the process.
As Kuhlman heads overseas for the first time in his career, he will have the opportunity to play big minutes with Lukko. If Kuhlman can produce and be a leader, it will not be surprising to see NHL teams come calling again.
