The 22-year-old has scored 47 points (22G, 25A) in just 45 games this season, leading to a spot on the 2025-26 AHL All-Rookie team alongside teammate and fellow forward Quinn Hutson.
He had also played 29 games at the NHL level with the Oilers, making his debut on Oct. 8 against Calgary and scored his first NHL goal in his sixth game against Ottawa.
