McPhee played for the Belleville Senators last season

The Savannah Ghost Pirates (ECHL) have signed forward Graham McPhee to a one-year deal, the team announced Friday.

McPhee, who hails from Bethesda, Md., spent the 2023-24 season with the Belleville Senators where he collected four goals and two assists for six points in 33 regular season games.

Drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in the fifth round of the 2016 NHL Draft, McPhee has played in four full seasons since turning pro. During that time, he has suited up in the AHL (Senators & Bakersfield Condors), ECHL (Fort Wayne Komets) and ICEHL (Vienna Capitals).

Prior to turning pro, McPhee spent four seasons with Boston College, putting up 55 points in 138 games.

As McPhee heads to Savannah, this will be the first time he suits up in the ECHL since the 2022-23 season. Having shown to be a solid depth player in the AHL, McPhee should be able to come into the league and make an impact.
