The Los Angeles Kings have recalled forward Andre Lee from the Ontario Reign, it was announced Friday.
Lee, a 2019 seventh round pick of the Kings, has split time between the NHL and AHL this season, collecting two assists in 16 games with the Kings and an assist in two games with the Reign.
A product of Karlstad, Sweden, Lee made the trek to North America in 2018 when he joined the USHL's Sioux Falls Stampede. Having turned pro at the end of the 2021-22 season, Lee has played 107 career AHL regular season games, collecting 25 points.
When he's been in the Kings lineup, Lee has brought solid energy and the ability to create for himself and his teammates. Not looking out of place, Lee could cement himself as a solid depth player for the Kings now and into the future.
