    Columbus has acquired the former first round pick of the Boston Bruins from the St. Louis Blues for future considerations, assigning the goaltender to the American League affiliate in Cleveland.

    Subban has an 11-14-4 record with the Springfield Thunderbirds this season, owning a 2.94 GAA and .907 SP.

    Brother of longtime NHLer PK Subban, Malcolm has suited up for the Providence Bruins, Rockford IceHogs, Rochester Americans and Thunderbirds at the AHL level.

    In the NHL, Subban owns a 3.10 GAA and .907 SP through 83 games played across parts of eight seasons.
