The Milwaukee Admirals have recalled goaltender Ethan Haider from the ECHL's Atlanta Gladiators, it was announced Thursday.

Along with his recall, the Admirals also announced they have signed Haider to a one-year deal for next season.

Drafted  by the Nashville Predators in the fifth round of the 2019 NHL Draft, Haider is in his first season of pro hockey where he has seen time at both the AHL and ECHL levels.

In his one game with the Admirals, Haider posted a 0-0-1 record, a 1.14 GAA and a .957 SP. Across 36 appearances with the Gladiators, he has collected a record of 18-15-2 to go along with a 3.17 GAA and a .894 SP. Prior to making the jump to the pro level, Haider played four seasons in the NCAA with Clarkson University and the University of Connecticut.

With Haider being recalled to the AHL, he could have the chance to see playing time down the stretch for the Admirals. While he only has a small sample size in the AHL, Haider has not looked out of place and has a strong chance be a full-time AHL goalie next year.
