The Milwaukee Admirals have signed goaltender Drew DeRidder to a professional try-out, it was reported earlier this week.

DeRidder, a product of Fenton, Mich., has spent the entire season with the ECHL's Atlanta Gladiators, posting a record of 10-19-7 to go along with a 3.02 GAA and a .904 SP.

With the 2024-25 season being his second full year as a pro, DeRidder has made 63 career ECHL regular season appearances, going 20-30-10 while posting a 3.05 GAA and a .904 SP.

Prior to making the jump to the pro game, DeRidder spent five seasons in the NCAA with Michigan State and the University of North Dakota as well as time with the U.S. NTDP and the USHL's Cedar Rapids RoughRiders.

Although DeRidder has not appeared in an AHL game, he did spend time with the Rochester Americans last year and has proven to be a reliable netminder in the ECHL. If he gets called upon, he could surprise some people.
