    Eight more players will hit the waiver wire before the NHL trade deadline.

    Another busy day on the waiver wire as we creep closer towards the trade deadline. The following players have been placed on waivers by their respective clubs and could be AHL bound come Friday:

    Brendan Lemieux, 27, began his season in the AHL with the Manitoba Moose, spending three seasons with the Jets' affiliate. He has three points in 23 games with the Hurricanes this season.

    Antti Raanta, 34, has a 2.99 GAA and .872 SP in 24 games with the Hurricanes this season. He's previously played in the AHL with Rockford, Tucson and Chicago. 

    Tony DeAngelo, 28, has 10 points in 27 games with the Hurricanes. He spent parts of three seasons in the AHL, playing for Syracuse, Tucson and Hartford. 

    Jordan Oesterle, 31, has two points in 22 games with the Flames this season. He's suited up for the Oklahoma City Barons, Bakersfield Condors and Calgary Wranglers of the AHL. 

    Boris Katchouk, 25, has played parts of five seasons with the AHL's Syracuse Crunch and Rockford IceHogs. He's put up nine points in 38 games with the Blackhawks this season. 

    Evan Cormier, 26, has spent the bulk of his pro career in the AHL, with stints in Binghamton, Manitoba and Charlotte. He has a 3.78 GAA and .858 in five games with the Checkers this season. 

    William Lagesson, 28, has four points in 30 games with the Toronto Maple Leafs this season. He's previously taken the ice with the Bakersfield Condors, Chicago Wolves and Toronto Marlies of the AHL. 

    Tobias Bjornfot, 22, has no points in two games this season with the Golden Knights, having spent parts of five seasons in the AHL with Henderson and Ontario. 

    Jaret-Anderson Dolan has been claimed off waivers by the Nashville Predators from the Kings, while William Lockwood has cleared and will report to Charlotte, Jacob Moverare to Ontario and Ryan Johansen to Lehigh Valley.
