The 23-year-old just concluded his senior season at Holy Cross, where he served as an alternate captain where in 38 games, he recorded 17 points (5G, 12A) and put up a rating of minus-2 and 10 penalty minutes. For the second year in a row, he was named to the AHA Second All-Conference Team.
Through his four seasons at Holy Cross, Oliphant skated in 153 games, posting 68 points (12 goals, 56 assists) and put up a rating of minus-1 with 43 penalty minutes.
