Solow spent the entire 2023-24 season with the Marlies
The Toronto Marlies have re-signed Zach Solow to an AHL deal, Tony Androckitis reported Saturday.
Solow, a product of Naples, Fla., spent this past season with the Marlies. In 66 regular season games, he scored 11 goals and added 15 assists for 26 points. Solow also appeared in three playoff games, registering two assists.
Having turned pro at the end of the 2020-21 season, Solow has appeared in 122 AHL regular season games. During that time, he has collected 18 goals and 22 assists for 40 points.
With the 2023-24 season being the first of Solow's professional career that he didn't see time in the ECHL, he emerged as a solid role player for the Marlies. As he heads into his second season with the team, he should see an expanded role and be a go-to player on a nightly basis.
