Brothers and AHL standouts Graeme and Brandt Clarke could make their NHL season debuts this week.

A pair of highly touted prospects have been recalled to the National Hockey League and could make their professional, and season debuts, this week. And they happen to be brothers.

Graeme Clarke, 22, has been recalled by the New Jersey Devils from the AHL's Utica Comets. According to THN's Kristy Flannery, issues surrounding the Devils' lineup could lead to Clarke making his NHL debut against the Capitals tonight, though Head Coach Lindy Ruff was non-commital as of press time.

The 80th overall draft selection by the Devils in 2019 is in his fourth season in the AHL, where he currently leads the Comets with 21 points in 27 games. He's coming off a 25-goal, 58-point season through 68 games in 2022-23.

Elsewhere, the Los Angeles Kings have recalled one of the hottest players in the entire AHL, Brandt Clarke.

Clarke, 20, was the eighth overall draft selection of the Kings in 2021, playing nine games for the club last season, collecting two assists.

Through 30 games with the Ontario Reign, the offensive blueliner leads all defensemen with 32 points in 30 games. He put up a whopping 61 points in just 31 games in his final season with the OHL's Barrie Colts.

The Kings look to rebound from a 3-0 shutout loss to the Maple Leafs against the Red Wings tomorrow night, where Clarke could see his season debut with Los Angeles.
