Blues’ Pavel Buchnevich has a pair of goals and a point per game average over his last four matchups versus the Golden Knights
Monday has a pair of tight matchups with the Golden Knights traveling to St. Louis to take on the Blues with both teams having identical records since the trade deadline. The other exciting matchup features two red hot teams in the Kings and Canucks, who both look the further cement their spot in the playoffs in what will be a hard-fought game.
It’ll be an exciting start to the week and with fewer games to bet on, you’ll want to be sure of your picks for this evening. Lucky for you, we have been on a hot streak with a 19-9 record as of that that we look to extend into the week.

Bet: Pavel Buchnevich anytime goal (+175), Blues Over 2.5 goals (-160)
The Golden Knights made serious moves at the deadline that are starting to pay dividends as they have won five of their last seven games. They face off against the Blues who have looked identical since the deadline after dealing some players like Joel Edmundson yet still winning six of their last eight games as they return home.
These two are dead even with five wins a piece in their last ten matchups which should make this an extremely close game. The Blues will get a sizeable boost being at home where they are 21-12-1 compared to Vegas, who struggle on the road with a 15-14-5 record with the 11th-worst goals against average at 3.38 on the season.
If the Blues want to win, they will need Jordan Kyrou and his line to stay hot as the Canadian winger has caught lightning in a bottle with centre Pavel Buchnevich as the two have combined for 15 goals and 32 points over their last 19 games.
They should jump onto Vegas and Buchnevich should get on the board as he has a great history against the Golden Knights with a pair of goals and four points in their last four matchups which pairs well against netminder Logan Thompson, who has a goals against average of 3.91 and a save percentage of .871 in his last ten road starts.
Bet: Kings ML (+110), Kings Canucks U6.0 (-175)
The Kings are in a great position against the Canucks as they are on the road where they excel with a 20-11-4 road record and will get to face likely Casey DeSmith in net for Vancouver. The team has rallied around the 32-year-old netminder as he’s started in five straight games thanks to regular netminder Thatcher Demko being sidelined with a knee injury.
The former Penguin has been stellar in his recent stretch when his team needed him with a a 3-1-1 record and a goals against average of 2.22 in the five starts.
He has a rough history against the Kings however with a 3.42 goals against average in three appearances when he was with the Penguins. I think fatigue will also play a factor as having to play at such a high level is a tall task and will have to be too much at a certain point.
The Kings have also started to heat up with a 8-3-1 record in their last 12 games and have won three of their last four matchups against the Canucks. It’ll be a great matchup with Vancouver hotter than ever with seven wins in their last nine games and playing elite defense with the fewest goals allowed in March at just 14 over their nine game hot streak.
They’ll play a fiery defense game with nine of their last ten matchups seeing fewer than six goals and leads me to believe the Kings win this one as they’ve been elite all season in low-scoring games.
