The Edmonton Oilers and Vegas Golden Knights have totaled under seven goals in seven of their last ten matchups.

Saturday has a loaded slate of NHL action with many marquee matchups like an Original Six battle between the Leafs and Red Wings or a newer rivalry between the Oilers and Golden Knights. It should be a great game and we look to improve on some of our recent hot streaks like our 30-20 record on game total and team unders this season.

Bet: Golden Knights Oilers Under 6.5 goals (-135), Oilers ML (-150)

The Oilers have been brutal against the spread this season with a 11-18 record. Many people don't believe they can cover against the Pacific's top team in the Vegas Golden Knights as they garner 76 per cent of the public's bets on the puck line. The Sin City Hockey Club has been lethal for betters with an inverse record of the Oilers at 18-11 on the season and have covered in four straight games.

Both teams couldn't be hotter with each recording four straight wins and giving the only real edge to the Oilers, who are hosting and have won three of their last five home matchups against Vegas.

These two have seen their history of high-scoring shootouts start to take a downturn towards more defensive showdowns with the total going under seven goals in seven of their last ten matchups.

Edmonton and Vegas have elite offences in the top 14 but both have even better backends, placing eighth and ninth in goals against average respectively.
