Dallas’ Jake Oettinger and Wyatt Johnston both put together excellent resumes for the Conn Smythe trophy but before that have great value bets in the Conference Finals.

The Western Conference Finals kick off tomorrow night with sportsbooks offering up special prop bets for the series that fans can take advantage of. You can bet on almost anything like a select player to get a point in every game of the series or if they will score a hat-trick at any point in the series.

These bets should make the series even more exciting for fans and we look to give the fans an edge that should make it a Conference Finals to remember.

All betting lines are from BetMGM and are subject to change. Hockey is a difficult sport to predict so please gamble responsibly.

Bet: Leon Draisaitl and Wyatt Johnston to record 2+ shots in every game of the series (+1000), Wyatt Johnston to record 2+ shots in every game of the series (+230), Leon Draisaitl to record 2+ shots in every game of the series (+230)

The Dallas youngster has been on fire offensively with seven goals and four assists in 13 games this postseason. He has been consistently applying pressure to opposing netminders as he has recorded two or more shots in 21 of his last 24 games.

He also has a great history in this matchup with three goals and two assists in six career matchups versus Edmonton. He finished with two or more shots in all but one of the six games and will get a good chance to hit his shot numbers thanks to his rise in ice-time.

Johnston averaged just over 17 minutes of ice-time, which was third-most for a Stars forward over his last 20 games to end the regular season. Since, he has seen a bump of three minutes to 20 on average and is now the Stars most-played forward in the postseason.

He will see his moments just like Edmonton’s Leon Draisaitl will. The German forward helped carry the Oilers through games Connor McDavid couldn’t with points in all of Edmonton’s 12 playoff games.

Draisaitl has become the main shooter on the Oilers powerplay with six goals on the man advantage this postseason that has helped him reach two or more shots in 11 of their 12 playoff games.

The two should both hit their shot totals but no harm in taking each player individually in this bet.

Bet: Jake Oettinger to record 20+ saves in every game of series (+210)

The American netminder has made the most saves of any remaining goalie with 326 in 13 playoff games, which averages out to 25 a game.

He’s also got the lowest goals against average of any remaining goaltender at 2.09 with no more than one goal allowed in three of his last four starts.

He should see a lot of attention from an aggressive team in the Oilers, that average 29.8 shots per game this postseason. Oettinger also has a great record versus Edmonton with 20 or more saves in all of his six career starts against them.
