The Indy Fuel have signed forward Ethan Manderville to a standard player contract for the upcoming season, the club announced Tuesday.
Manderville, a native of Philadelphia, spent the past five years at Colgate and will be making his professional hockey debut with the Fuel.
The 6-foot-4 forward led Colgate to a NCAA Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) championship in 2023. In 139 games with the Raiders, he potted 25 goals and 31 assists for 56 points with a .152 shot percentage.
The 24-year-old Manderville played two seasons with the Ottawa Junior Senators of the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL), scoring 41 points in 91 games. He helped the Jr. Senators to the playoffs in both seasons and captured a CCHL championship both years. Manderville also spent two seasons with the Kanata Lasers in the CCHL. Manderville will give the Fuel depth at the center position. His father, Kent Mmanderville, played for six NHL teams over 12 seasons. He represented Canada in the 1992 Olympics and in multiple World Championships and played for Cornell.
