
The Kalamazoo Wings, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks, announced that rookie defenseman Christian Felton has been reassigned from Kalamazoo and loaned to the Abbotsford Canucks of the American Hockey League.
The 25-year-old Felton has played 10 games with Abbotsford and seven games for Kalamazoo this season.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Medina, Ohio native has recorded one assist and a +3 rating between the two clubs in 2024-25.
Prior to this season, Felton played NCAA hockey at Merrimack College, tallying three goals and four assists for seven points and registered four penalty minutes last season.
Felton played three seasons at Merrimack following one at Bentley University. He finished his college career with seven goals, 10 assists and 34 penalty minutes in 98 games.
The K-Wings welcome the Iowa Heartlanders to the Wings Event Center on Friday for Wizards, Wands and Wings Night, along with $3 Friday, presented by Bud Light. Fans can enjoy $3 beers, sodas and hot dogs and take in the magical atmosphere, including a specialty jersey auction after the game.
