Adirondack and Kansas City push their win streaks to ten straight games.

The Kansas City Mavericks suited up for their milestone 1000th game in franchise history on Friday night, and the players put on a show for their hometown crowd. 

The Mavericks trounced the Utah Grizzlies with a final score of 9-2, with Patrick Curry and Nolan Walker banking three points each. Kansas City, with a 27-7-1 record through 35 games, sits atop the Mountain Division with 55 points for a .786 win percentage with a strong goals for/goals against differential of +51.

Not to be outdone, the Adirondack Thunder banked their own tenth straight win with a hard-fought 5-4 shootout win over the Trois-Rivieres Lions. 

The Thunder, 26-8-2-1 with 55 points themselves through 37 games, currently sit with a .743 win percentage and a gf/ga differential of +33.
