Cole Moberg earned his second consecutive Kelly Cup championship with the Florida Everblades during the 2023-24 season

Cole Moberg has signed a contract for the 2024-25 season with HKM Zvolen of the Slovakian hockey league. The Florida Everblades defenseman had a successful 2023-24 season with four goals, ten assists, and 14 points in 60 regular season games.

During the 2024 Kelly Cup Playoffs, he scored six goals, provided eight assists, and earned 14 points while leading all defensemen with a +22 plus/minus rating. Moberg was a crucial piece in helping the Everblades to their third straight Kelly Cup championship.

Before joining the Everblades, Moberg split the 2021-22 season between AHL's San Jose Barracuda and ECHL's Orlando Solar Bears, where he collected ten and 11 points, respectively.

Moberg, a 2019 seventh-round pick of the Chicago Blackhawks, began his pro career with the AHL's Rockford IceHogs during the 2020-21 season, where he scored one goal, four assists, and five points in 22 games.
