Zeev Buium, VAN at NYI (58% rostered) – FanDuel $4,300
Buium didn’t score a point in his most recent game but played 22:28, his highest total as a Canuck so far. There’s no one on the Canucks blue line that possesses a skill set that Buium has, and he’s set as the quarterback on the power play that has some firepower. Buium should have plenty of fantasy value the rest of the season playing significant top-four minutes for the Canucks.
Mikhail Sergachev, UTA vs. NJ (96% rostered) – FanDuel $5,800
It’s a reasonable price to pay in DFS games for the Mammoth’s top defenseman. He plays in all situations with key minutes on PP1, and his scoring has picked up again with four assists in six games. The Mammoth are particularly good at home, especially when it comes to scoring, which bodes well for Sergachev’s chances. He’s a multi-category contributor, so even without the points you can expect some blocked shots.
