Goalies
Spencer Knight, CHI vs. TOR (83% rostered) – FanDuel
Knight has looked excellent for most of the season with a .923 SP and at least 33 saves in three straight games. The Leafs offense will lack punch without Auston Matthews, not to mention they’ve been porous defensively with 19 goals allowed in their past four. This could be a high-scoring game but Knight and the Hawks should have the edge.
Cam Talbot, DET vs. BUF (17% rostered) – FanDuel
Talbot has six wins in seven starts this season – a superb ratio. The Wings offense broke out in a big way with six goals against the Ducks after scoring only two goals in their three previous games. With the Sabres looking listless, this should be a win for the Wings, who are 6-3-0 at home while the Sabres are 0-5-2 on the road.
Eric Comrie, WPG at CGY (3% rostered) – FanDuel
I think Comrie’s an average backup goalie but his career numbers against the Flames are good: 4-1-0, .912 SP, 2.62 GAA. The Flames are coming off a 2-0 win but I don’t think they’ll be able to keep the Jets off the board, and despite the win have failed to score more than two goals in four straight games.
Carl Lindbom, VGK at STL (2% rostered) – FanDuel
Lindbom is still looking for his first win of the season and the Knights should be plenty motivated coming off a very poor homestand where they collected just four points in six games. The Blues will be playing the second game of a back-to-back and have not beaten the Knights in regulation since Nov. 12, 2022.
