One is all the New York Rangers need in their series with the Washington Capitals. A win on Sunday will mean the fourth series sweep in franchise history.

Puck drop from CapitalOne Arena is scheduled for 8:00 p.m.

Morning Skate Updates:

The Rangers will not make any lineup changes for Sunday's game.

Igor Shesterkin will be in net for Game 4 after taking the first three games of the series (36-17-2, 2.58 GAA, .913 SV%).

Shesterkin earned the win with 28 saves on 29 shots on Friday. Against the Capitals, playoffs included, he is 11-4-0 with a 2.40 GAA and .919 SV%.

Charlie Lindgren (25-16-7, 2.67 GAA, .911 SV%) will remain the starter for Washington. He took the loss on Sunday with 19 saves on 22 shots. Playoffs included, Lindgren is 2-4-0 with a 2.54 GAA and .912 SV%.

Washington has one probable lineup change for Sunday's game after defenseman Trevor van Riemsdyk suffered an upper-body injury in Game 3. Rasmus Sandin and Nick Jensen have practiced in contact sweaters and are potential candidates to replace him.

Game 3 Recap:

Like Game 2 on Tuesday, the Capitals broke the ice on Friday with the series shifted to Washington. John Carlson scored the first goal of the game over five minutes into play, but Shesterkin allowed the Rangers to settle in and seize the lead. Chris Kreider and Barclay Goodrow scored before the end of the first, and Vincent Trochek added one more in the second, which made it a 3-1 score that stood right to the end.

Players to Watch:

Four different players have points in all three games of the series. Those players are Vincent Trochek (two goals and three assists), Mika Zibanejad (one goal and four assists), Chris Kreider (two goals and an assist) and Jack Roslovic (one goal and two assists).

Zibanejad's strong play continues his dominance since the end of the regular season. The forward has points in his last nine games dating back to April 5, totaling three goals and 10 assists in that span. Kreider has points in five straight games, totaling two goals and four assists in that stretch.

Kreider's goal on Friday also gave him seven against Washington in his postseason career, extending his lead among active Rangers for most against the Capitals in the Stanley Cup Playoffs; he also has the most points with 10.

Adding in regular season play, Zibanejad has the most goals and points against Washington with 19 and 39, respectively, while Panarin has a team-best 26 assists.

Washington's top defensive pairing has contributed on offense throughout the series. Carlson and Martin Fehervary each have a goal and assists, with the two connecting on the former's red light on Friday.

Tom Wilson is the Capitals' leading scorer in the series. While he was shutout on Friday, he has a goal and two assists in the series to lead the team.

Despite the Rangers keeping Alex Ovechkin in check for the entirety of the series, he is always someone to keep an eye on against New York. His 55 goals are the most among active Capitals in their careers, playoffs included. Carlson has the most lifetime assists with 38.
