Players can vote for new cards weekly

Earlier today EA Aljo - a NHL Community Manager - announced that Community Requests are returning to Hockey Ultimate Team.
Community Player Requests allow players to recommend and vote on player upgrades they wish to see added to Hockey Ultimate Team.
Players must already have a HUT item. Voting on the first edition begins on Tuesday at 2pm Pacific Time.
The announcement was made on the NHLHUT Reddit, and on the EA NHL HQ question page. There are threads below both posts where you can voice your opinion and list players you wish to see in HUT.

While this is a great way to engage with the community and to create popular cards HUT fans on social media are wondering why it has taken this long into the game's cycle to be implemented.
Previous Community Request cards can be found on HUT Builder.
