Hughes Brothers Expected to be NHL 25 Cover Athletes after Leaked Trailer

EA Sports publishes and deletes reveal trailer

Quinn, Jack, and Luke Hughes are expected to be the NHL 25 cover athletes after EA Sports NHL published and promptly deleted a reveal trailer on their official YouTube channel. 

The trailer contains the three brothers describing their love for hockey while doing drills wearing green screen movement technology, interwoven with new gameplay updates and features. 

Barring any last minute changes the Hughes brothers as the cover athletes is a strong decision by EA, all three are great players and very marketable. Additionally, having three brothers in the NHL is a great story and will make a captivating cover.

Quinn is the reigning Norris Trophy winner and captain of the Canucks while Luke was nominated for the Calder Trophy this season. Jack is an alternate captain for the Devils and one of the league's best young players.

This would be the first time that an EA Sports NHL game contains three players on the cover. 

The end of the trailer contains pre-order information and Hockey Ultimate Team bonuses.

EA Sports NHL have not commented on the accidentally published video.
