
EA Sports NHL has announced new patch notes for NHL 25.
The patch will go live at 1pm ET on Oct. 15, there could be up to one hour of downtime.
An issue will be addressed that resulted in crashing when going from the main menu to create a player screen.
Three changes were made to the game flow at the end of EASHL games:

Four additional changes were made to World of Chel.
A fix was made to first time matchups that mentioned previous games versus the current opponent in game boost descriptions.
Three issues that caused crashing in WoC were fixed, including when testing loadouts in free skate, when previewing certain items, and when creating or editing strategies.
A fix was made in Hockey Ultimate Team that resulted in desync during 4-on-4 gameplay when playing cross platform.
On Oct. 11 EA Sports made two server changes in World of Chel to improve private game matchmaking, as well as improving 3v3 and 6v6 goalie functionality.
Players can leave feedback for EA in their forums. EA Community Manager Clappy said on X that the team hopes to have the opening night roster update out this week.
