Unwanted return to console dashboard, crashing issues, and XP fixes among changes

The fourth patch of NHL 25 is set to be released on Nov. 12 at 1pm EST, there is a potential downtime of up to one hour.
This patch will fix an issue where the game would return players to the console dashboard during gameplay.
In World of Chel four issues were fixed, from the official Patch Notes:
- Fixed an issue where in EASHL 6v6 games a black screen loads in instant replay when in the post-game screen.
- Fixed a rare crash when playing EASHL 3V3 during matchmaking.
- Fixed an issue where the message Ranked Rewards +/- X was shown on the player and club progression screen in World of CHEL
- Fixed an issue where large amounts of player XP and Club XP were being granted in the post game flow causing multiple level ups to happen in a single game
Moreover, an issue in Franchise Mode will be fixed where a player asks for different term lengths when negotiating a contract.
