Best Toronto Maple Leafs Theme Team Build in HUT

At this point in NHL 24s cycle some players begin to lose interest in Hockey Ultimate Team. A fun way to keep interest in team building without spending too many coins is by crafting a theme team. 

We previously explored the best No Helmet Theme Team, and today we wanted to take a look at the best Toronto Maple Leafs theme team you can build.  

This is the best possible roster you can build of players who have played or worked for Toronto at some point in their career. There are dozens of additional players who fit the criteria you can use to customize the team to your liking.

We went with fan favorites Curtis Joseph and Johnny Bower to be our goaltenders. Ed Belfour, Terry Sawchuk and Ilya Samsonov all also have usable cards.

Our defense core is a mix of Leafs legends, including Brian Leetch, who's Leaf career was cut short due to the 2004-05 lockout.

Our forward group is full of current and future Hall of Famers, with Leafs President Brendan Shanahan the only player who did not actually suit up for Toronto at some point in his career.

Mike Gartner, Wendel Clark, Doug Gilmour, Vincent Damphousse and Ryan Reaves all have usable cards.
