95 overall Draisaitl and Josi lead new cards
The February Star of The Month cards have been released in NHL 24 Hockey Ultimate Team, with 20 players from professional and junior leagues all over the world.
A February Star of The Month choice pack is available in Sets for 27 SOTM Collectibles.
The February release contains eight NHL players, three junior players, and nine players from various professional leagues.

- Draisaitl is now tied as the fifth-highest rated forward in HUT. He lacks elite speed but has an incredible shot and 99 in nearly every hands category. His 97 balance and strength make him impossible to knock off the puck, especially with Unstoppable Force activated.
- Josi is tied as the fifth-highest rated defenseman, he is a dynamic skater with great balance and comes with Elite Edges. He comes with 99 passing, defensive awareness and stick checking. This is one of the best defenseman in HUT.
- Thomas and Theodore are serviceable cards who will bring good value for teams looking for cheap improvements.
- Bobrovsky has good size and at 92 overall is worth the risk. He has been a popular goaltender this season.

Many of these Non-NHL SOTM cards are not good enough to make elite rosters, but help with theme teams. Many have one stat they are exceptional in.
- Goyette is a fantastic skater with 98 agility and 99 shot power.
- Calvert, MacLeod, Evans, Filippi and Crookshank are similarly good skaters with a good shot who do not bring much else.
- Pudas has a good shot and hands. With the recent boost to Shrug It Off he could be a useful depth player.
