Forward Nominees For NHL 25 Team Of The Year Announced

The forward nominees for the men's and women's Team of the Year in NHL 25 have been announced.

Team of the Year is the most popular event in Hockey Ultimate Team and highlights the best players of the 2024 year. The event will go live in HUT on Jan. 24 and run through Feb. 7.

Additionally, EA Sports NHL announced the return of nominee card packs. These will be released on Jan. 22 until the event goes live on Jan. 24. Players can trade Nominee Cards in for an upgradeable Winner's Card. 

In total there are 15 nominees each from the NHL and PWHL. Team of the Year consists of two teams, one men's team and one women's team. Each team has three forwards, two defensemen, and a goaltender.
