William Eklund and Brandt Clarke among young players with new cards
Four highly regarded young players have received elite 93 overall Custom Next Gen Build cards in Hockey Ultimate Team.
William Eklund, Simon Edvinsson, Mason McTavish and Brant Clarke were all early first round draft picks, and each project to be future superstars for their respective teams.

Edvinsson is 6'6, a great skater, and comes with Shutdown. He has great balance, defensive awareness and a 95 shot. He will be a fantastic two way defenseman and skaters of his size are always a hot commodity in HUT.
Clarke is the perfect card if you are looking for offense from the back end. With high 90s overall in the skating, shot and hands categories, Clarke is an ideal defensemen for those who like to attack of the rush. He comes with the Offensive Defenseman Synergy and Elite Edges.
Eklund is small and lightning quick with 95 balance, puck control, strength and Shrug It Off to help with his puck possession skills. With only 85 faceoffs but a 96 overall wrist shot, he would be better on the wing.
McTavish is a more traditional power forward. With 95 faceoffs and body checking he would be a dynamite checking forward. With the Power Forward Synergy and Unstoppable Force Zone Ability you can emphasize his strength.
