Breaking down the new NHL 24 HUT event, honoring the 30th anniversary of NHL '94
Better late than never as they say! In the video above, we break down all the info you need to know about the new NHL 24 HUT event. Seeing as it's the 30th anniversary of the classic NHL '94 video game, EA SPORTS has brought in an event with throwback players from that era, as well as fancy card artwork that looks sharp.
Thankfully, these MSP cards can be ranked up from 85 to 94 through power-up collectibles. Don't worry, you don't have to suffer through packing random upgrade items like you did in the Trade Deadline event.
Players will have to wait until week two of this event is out to get the Jeremy Roenick card, as you will have to trade in all of the master set cards to acquire it. Roenick's card starts at 90 overall and can be leveled up to 95 with power-up collectibles.
