Canada is golden again. Over the weekend, one of the best rivalries in hockey renewed when USA and Canada met in the finals of the 2024 IIHF Women's World Championship.
In honor of their win, NHL 24 released six new Nations of Hockey cards for players from Team Canada. Of course, Danielle Serdachny, who scored the overtime game-winning goal, was one of the top new cards, and her card is extremely good.
The other members were; captain Marie-Philip Poulin, Ella Shelton, goaltender Ann-Renée Desbiens, Erin Ambrose, and Laura Stacey

As mentioned, Serdachny's card is excellent. It has terrific skating stats; 97 speed, acceleration, and agility. Activating the Shooting Boost synergy will max out her shooting stats. Lastly, she has a great trio of superstar abilities in Close Quarters, Shrug It Off, and Unstoppable Force.
Marie-Philip Poulin recorded two goals and four points in the tournament. Her card received the deadly combo of Elite Edges and Unstoppable Force. She can reach maximum agility with Agile Dangler Boost equipped, or you can give her 98 agility and 99 deking by activating Playmaking Forward.
Left-shot defenseman Ella Shelton also received a 94 overall card. Her defensive awareness and stick checking can reach 99 when Defensive Boost is activated, which will also get her agility to 99. Pair that up with her zone ability of Elite Edges and 98 acceleration and you'll be flying around the ice with her.
Ann-Renée Desbiens finished the tournament allowing only seven goals in five games, with a 1.36 goals-against-average and a .935 save percentage. Many players won't use her card due to her size, but she comes with Speed Boost and Accelerator Boost to help activate those synergies for your HUT team.
