The legendary netminder makes history as the first career-long Predator to enter the Hall, immortalizing a fifteen-season legacy defined by 369 wins and elite consistency in Nashville.

The Hockey Hall of Fame announced their inductees for the 2026 class today, and former Nashville Predators' goalie Pekka Rinne received his call.

The Finnish goalie will be the first player to play their entire career with the Predators to enter the Hall of Fame. Which is quite an accomplishment in itself.

Rinne spent 18 seasons in total with the Predators' organization but played with the NHL club for 15 years. During that time, he played in 683 games and started 666 of them. He had a 369-212-75 with a .917 save percentage (SV) and a 2.43 goals against average (GAA).

The 43 year old has achieved quite an honour; he will be inducted into the Hall of Fame officially during the 2026-27 season, on Monday, November 9, 2026.
