Levis Chevaliers defenseman Brandon Delarosbil has committed to Nebraska Omaha, it was announced earlier this week.

Delarosbil, a product of St-Lambert-de-Lauzon, Que., has split time this season between the Chevaliers and the QMJHL's Sherbrooke Phoenix. Drafted by the Phoenix in the second round of the 2024 QMJHL Entry Draft, Delarosbil has five points in six games with the team.

Having spent the majority of 2024-25 with the Chevaliers, Delarosbil has scored eight goals and added 22 assists for 30 points in 42 games.

During his QMJHL draft season in 2023-24, Delarosbil played for Levis, collecting seven points in 35 regular season games.

With Delarosbil set to join the Mavericks in 2027, he will have the opportunity to continue to develop with the Phoenix. As someone who can make quick plays with the puck under pressure, Delarosbil will be an important part for Sherbrooke over the next few years as well as to the Mavericks when he makes the trek to Nebraska.
