Cowichan Valley Capitals forward Camden Bajzer has committed to RIT, it was announced late last week.

Bajzer, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, just finished his final season of junior hockey where he scored 22 goals and added 30 assists for 52 points in 52 regular season games. In a further 11 playoff games, Bajzer added seven goals and 12 points.

Having made the jump to junior hockey in 2022, Bajzer spent time in the BCHL (with the Capitals and the Langley Rivermen) as well as the NAHL (with the El Paso Rhinos). Prior to that, he played for Gilmour Academy, putting up 38 goals and 51 assists for 89 points in 64 games in his final season.

With Bajzer headed to join the Tigers this fall, they will be getting a quick thinking, skilled forward who has a knack for creating chances in the offensive zone. As someone who has proven his offensive pedigree at every level he's played at, Bajzer should be able to come in and continue that in the NCAA.
