Patella is currently playing in the BCHL with the Brooks Bandits

Brooks Bandits forward Davide Patella has committed to Colgate, it was announced earlier this week.

Patella, a product of Laval, Que., is in his third season with the Bandits, having scored four goals in 13 games this season.

Having made the jump to juniors in 2021-22, Patella spent parts of two seasons playing for the BCHL's Merritt Centennials before joining Brooks when they were a part of the AJHL.

Since joining the Bandits, Patella has collected 14 goals and 18 assists for 32 points in 79 games. Currently in his final season of junior eligibility, Patella will join the Raiders next fall.

A smart forward who has the ability to create looks for himself and others, Patella has the skills required to translate to the NCAA level and should be able to adapt well out of the gates.
