Victoria Grizzlies defenseman Dennison Monahan has committed to Princeton, it was announced earlier this week.

A native of Norwell, MA, Monahan is in his first season with the Grizzlies and has 11 assists in 42 regular season games.

Monahan spent most of the 2023-24 season with Lovell Academy and its 18U AAA team, tallying 37 points (nine goals, 28 assists) in 51 games. He also appeared in eight contests with the BCHL's Merritt Centennials, picking up an assist.

A 2006-born skater, Monahan stands at six feet five and is expected to make the jump to Princeton for the 2026-27 season. He'll provide great size and depth to the Tigers blue line.
