The Winnipeg Jets have invited Denver forward Kieran Cebrian to their development camp, Mark Divver reported Tuesday.
A product of Denver, CO., Cebrian just finished his freshman season with the Pioneers where he had three goals and ten assists for 13 points in 36 games.
Prior to joining the Pioneers, Cebrian played his junior hockey with the Tri-City Storm (USHL) where he had 28 goals and 52 assists for 80 points in 165 regular season games across three seasons.
As Cebrian heads to Winnipeg for development camp, he will have a great opportunity to learn from NHL coaches and play with others from across different leagues. While he just finished his freshman season, Cebrian should be a good candidate to take another step in his game next year with the Pioneers.
