Green Bay Gamblers forward Egor Shilov has committed to Boston University, it was announced late last week.

A native of Tyumen, RUS, Shilov has 16 points (eight goals, eight assists) in 23 regular season games for the Gamblers this season.

Shilov has also played 31 games for the Long Island Gulls 16U AAA team this season, tallying 48 points (33 goals, 15 assists).

A 2008-born skater, Shilov stands at six feet one. He has plenty of time to continue to grow and develop as a player before he makes the jump to Boston University.
