Winslow Townson-Imagn ImagesMoncton Wildcats forward Julius Sumpf has committed to Providence, it was announced on Sunday.
A native of München, Germany, Sumpf appeared in 58 regular season games for the Wildcats this past year, tallying 26 goals and 39 assists.
Sumpf was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the fourth round, 98th overall, in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft.
A 2005-born skater, Sumpf will likely make the jump to the NCAA and join the Friars for the 2025-26 season.
