    Madison Capitols forward Landon MacDonald has committed to Northern Michigan, it was announced on Tuesday.

    A native of Brighton, Mich., MacDonald appeared in 26 regular season games for the Capitols in the USHL this past season, scoring three goals and tallying six assists.

    MacDonald also played in 28 regular season games for the Vernon Vipers in the BCHL in 2024-25, where he scored 13 goals and recorded eight assists.

    A 2004-born skater, MacDonald will now make the jump to the NCAA and join the Wildcats for the 2025-26 season.
