The Big Ten Conference announced today that Michigan's Gavin Brindley has won the Big Ten Player of the Year award.

The Big Ten announced all their awards earlier today which was highlighted by the Big Ten Player of the Year award going to Michigan's Gavin Brindley.

Brindley, 19, is in his second season with Michigan and was the 34th overall pick by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2023 draft. 

Not only did Brindley win the Big Ten Player of the Year but he also was the Big Ten's scoring champion with 24 goals and 51 points in 36 games for the Wolverines. 

Michigan will play Michigan State this weekend for the Big Ten Championship.
