    Kamloops Blazers forward Nathan Behm has committed to Arizona State, it was announced earlier this week. 

    Behm, who hails from Calgary, Alta., finished his second full WHL season with the Blazers in 2024-25, scoring 31 goals and adding 35 assists for 66 points in 59 regular-season games. Drafted by Kamloops in the first round of the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft, Behm has collected 43 goals and 55 assists for 98 points in 133 games. 

    Prior to making the jump to the WHL, Behm played his minor hockey for the Calgary Royals and Edge School Prep. 

    A 2025 third-round pick of the Chicago Blackhawks, Behm will spend the 2025-26 season with the Blazers before heading off to join the Sun Devils in the fall of 2026 A talented puck mover, Behm will play a big role for Kamloops this year and will likely take another large leap in his offensive production.
