The National Collegiate Hockey Conference announced its All-Rookie Team on Tuesday, headlined by North Dakota's Sacha Boisvert and Western Michigan's Hampton Slukynsky — who were unanimously selected.
Boisvert was the lone Fighting Hawk selected, posting 28 points (16 goals, 12 assists) in 34 regular season games for North Dakota.
St. Cloud State's Austin Burnevik (13 goals, 13 assists in 33 games), Minnesota Duluth's Max Plante (seven goals, 16 assists in 21 games), and Arizona State's Cullen Potter (13 goals, eight assists in 32 games) round out the forward selections.
Broncos' Joona Väisänen (four goals, 18 assists in 34 games) and Huskies' Colin Ralph (one goal, seven assists in 33 games) were the two defensemen chosen.
Slukynsky was excellent all season for Western Michigan, posting a .920 save percentage with a shutout.
