

Green Bay Gamblers forward Oliver McKinney has committed to Michigan, it was announced on Friday.
A native of Chicago, Ill., McKinney played for the Chicago Mission 15U AAA last season, tallying 90 points (30 goals, 60 assists).
McKinney's older brother, Cole, was selected in the second round, 53rd overall, by the San Jose Sharks in the 2025 NHL Draft and will play for the Wolverines in the fall.
A 2009-born skater, McKinney will join the USHL and play for the Gamblers in 2025-26 before making the jump to the NCAA to play for Michigan in 2026-27.
