Wenatchee Wild defenseman Reid Andresen has committed to Michigan Tech, it was announced earlier this week.

A native of Saskatoon, SK, Andresen has 45 points (six goals, 39 assists) in 56 regular season games in his first campaign with the Wild.

Wenatchee acquired Andresen and a third-round selection in the 2025 WHL Draft from the Medicine Hat Tigers in return for defenseman Jonas Woo last offseason.

In 210 regular season WHL games with the Tigers, Andresen tallied 86 points (20 goals, 66 assists).

A 2005-born skater, Andresen is an undersized blueliner, standing at only five-foot-nine and 165 pounds. He’ll add depth to the Huskies’ blue line when he makes the jump to the NCAA level.
